     At 2 Chefs Catering create custom menus to fit your specific catering needs. We would love to assist you or your company in creating a custom menu for your special event. Please contact us here.  In 2016, we decided to focus on locally sourced, organic ingredients. We have partnered with local farms who are dedicated to providing environmentally responsible products including hormone-free, oat- or grass-fed beef. Please ask for special pricing.

 

     In 2018-20 we partnered with Arkenberg Farms and Good Grounds Gardens for locally grown, fresh produce. Estimates are available upon request.

Starters

These are good items to order as hors d'oeuvres or if you have a small event where you don't want to provide an entire meal.

Crostinis with filet and citrus aioli

Homemade crackers slathered with a citrus aioli and medium rare filet slices.

Caramelized Onion Dip

Tricia's secret recipe for her homemade caramelized onion dip is always a hit. This placed on a home-baked chip will be the hit of your party or event.

Hummus with pita

Two Chefs Catering can make any flavor of hummus you desire. It will be served with pita, pita chips or vegetables.

Pinwheels

Usually filled with herbed cream cheese, we can add meat and vegetables if you so desire.

Fococcia Bread

Fococcia bread can be made many ways: plain, plain and salted, carmelized onions on top, favorite type of herb, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomato etc.

Antipasto tray

This tray usually features items such as artichoke hearts, bamboo shoots, assorted olives and cheeses, marinated pickled items, bulghur wheat salad -- the possibilities are endless. We can work with you on what your antipasto tray should have.

Assorted Cheese Tray

What are your favorite cheeses? We can work with you on what cheeses you need.

Seasonal fresh fruit tray

This, of course varies depending on season.

Deli tray

Sliced ham and turkey, American and provolone cheeses. Comes with buns and condiments.

Pasta Salads

We can make all sorts of pasta salads. The ones listed here are your basic recipes but 2 Chefs Catering can make your favorite recipe or something new.

Italian tri-colored pasta

Tri-colored rotini pasta, red bell peppers, olives and parmesan cheese all tossed in an Italian vinaigrette.

Penne pasta salad

Goat cheese balls, grape tomatoes and penne pasta mixed with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Creamy shell pasta salad

Shell pasta, snow peas, carrots, hard boiled eggs, black olives and tomatoes tossed in a creamy bacon dressing. (tomatoes are optional)

Taco Bar

Includes refried beans, Mexican rice, beef taco meat, hard shell and soft shell tortillas, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, diced onions, and pickled jalapenos. Check out our pricing menu for entire list of add-ons and their prices.

Pasta Buffet

Penne pasta, marinara and Alfredo sauces, meatballs. A choice of garden salad or green beans. Final price depends on additions and what exactly you want on buffet. Check out our pricing menu link above.

Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs

Pan seared and braised slowly for hours in our homemade demi glace, short ribs are a decadent entree for any meal. Pair with roasted garlic mashed potatoes or wild rice pilaf.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken in Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Crispy bacon wrapped around a pan-seared chicken breast smothered in our creamy gorgonzola sauce, this is one of our most popular buffet items. It can also be an appetizer.

Pancetta wrapped pork chops

Pork chops wrapped with pancetta with a blue cheese crust on top. Comes with a choice of vegetable and starch.

Pulled pork buffet

Check out our pricing menu for pricing on both roasted pork and smoked pork. We love to slow smoke the pork and serve it with your favorite sauce, or we can make it if that's what you prefer. This is one of our most popular items on the menu.

Rib Eye

Cajun rib-eye with a choice of vegetable and starch. If rib-eye isn't your favorite cut, Two Chefs Catering can provide your choice.

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Shredded potatoes in a cheesy sauce, baked to perfection. This dish is popular with our pulled pork buffet.

Au gratin potatoes

Sliced potatoes in a creamy cheese sauce and baked. This can be made for a buffet and works well for plated dishes, as well.

Baked potatoes

Comes with butter, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Bacon is optional. Good for buffet or plated dishes.

White rice

Rice

white rice, long grain wild rice, basmati rice, rice pilaf, flavored rice pilaf, Mexican fried rice -- the possibilities are endless.

Risotto

Creamy, parmesan flavored risotto is a great addition to any meal. Ask about various chef-inspired flavor combinations.

Vegetarian Selections

Although our selection is limited, 2 Chefs Catering can work with you on your vegetarian menu.

Eggplant Paremesan

Hand-breaded slices of eggplant with bread crumbs and parmesan, smothered in home made marinara sauce. Served with your choice of pasta and sauce.

Vegetarian Lasagna

Layers of eggplant, bell peppers, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, noodles, mozzarella, cottage and parmesan cheeses. There are many variations on this dish and Two Chefs Catering will work with you on your preferences.

Pasta Primavera

Rotini pasta tossed with fresh vegetables sauteed in a olive oil, white wine sauce. Can add cheese or use butter upon request.

Millet Squash Boats

Yellow and green squash hollowed out and filled with a savory millet mixture and topped with slivered almonds. A great vegan option.

Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms or Bell Peppers

We use a blend of vegetables and brown rice with no egg or dairy and you can't even tell the difference. A truly vegan dish that everyone loves.

Dessert

Cheesecake

Homemade, cream cheese cheesecake with a graham cracker crust. Can add fresh berries for an additional charge.

Pumpkin Cheesecake

A hit during the holidays but refreshing year-round, Tricia's pumpkin cheesecake will always have you and your guests coming back for a second piece. A homemade graham cracker crust, a layer of white cheesecake topped with a layer of pumpkin and served with whipped cream.

Tiramisu

Homemade lady fingers soaked in coffee and coffee liqueur, layered with a mascarpone cream and cocoa. This dish will serve 30 people.

Creme Brulee

Creme Brulee means "burnt cream" because it's a creamy vanilla custard topped with burnt sugar which gives it a nice contrast in flavor and texture. These can be served alone or with fresh berries or cookies on top.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Strawberries dipped in your choice of white, milk or dark chocolate. We can also do colored, white chocolate if you have a color theme.

Holiday Biscotti

Holiday biscotti is extremely popular. Tricia has been making it for the past 3 years and her friends and family can't get enough. Usually, ingredients include pistachios or almonds with dried cherries, cranberries, blueberries or any other dried fruit and dipped in chocolate. Order your holiday biscotti today.

Pumpkin Pie

Homemade, flaky crust filled with your favorite holiday flavor. Served with a container of Cool Whip. Substitute freshly whipped cream for $3.
