At Lake Ridge, we like to make things our own, which means we hand-bread our fried items, make our own dressings and sauces and locally source as many ingredients as possible, depending on the time of year.

First Saturday Smoked Prime Rib

On the first Saturday of each month, Ryan slow-smokes prime rib and serves au jus or horseradish sauce. It's $18.95 for a 12-14 oz piece of hand-cut prime rib, starch, vegetable and salad or soup. It's only once a month and when we run out, we run out. 

Third Wednesday
Fried Chicken Buffet

Every third Wednesday of the month we set up our buffet and serve fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and fried catfish. It only costs $10 for all you can eat and is one of our most popular nights for dinner.
